Short-Term Rental Properties

The Town of Kirkwood has passed a new law regarding
short-term rental properties. If you own or operate a rental property for stays
of less than 30 days at a time and the property is located within the Town of
Kirkwood, please contact Code Enforcement at 607-775-4313 for more information
and a permit application. The permit application can also be found HERE.
